FILM VENTURE LONDON was set up to develop workshops for actors, directors and writers in the film and television industries in the Greater London area and in Dublin.

Drawing on years of experience we have designed practical workshops that cater to the needs of artists at all levels, from beginners to the highly experienced. We specialise in one to one tuition sessions, which differ from those you will find elsewhere as you learn what is required by a working director on a set.

Based in Twickenham, our classes promise to inform and educate in a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. We also offer expert Showreel Shooting and Editing services for successfully selected candidates in London based on exclusive one to one training sessions.

A week long full time course dedicated to honing your camera acting skills. After four days of intense practical work, the fifth and final day will culminate in shooting a Hi Def Showreel scene - custom written for you and your scene partner - on the Canon 7D, which you will receive a professionally edited, soundmixed and graded copy of for your showreel.

Whether you have an audition to prepare for, want to examine your camera acting skills and get tailored feedback, or simply would like an introduction to the craft of acting in a safe pressure-free environment, we can help you. We can work around your schedule to arrange your session at a time that is convenient for you.

INDIVIDUAL DIRECTING COACHING SESSIONS

This one-to-one coaching is suitable for directors seeking to improve their technique and refine their skills, or interested beginners who wish to explore the craft of directing. As this is an individual tutorial we can tailor the session to your specific needs so please contact us to discuss what it is you would like to achieve as a result of coaching.
